ACCOMMODATION  32 air conditioned pavillions each with their own garden courtyard with views to either the golf course or olive groves. Each pavillion opens to a grand, multi-faceted dome which covers the bedroom/living area comprising king-size bed, fireplace, desk, cabinet with TV, CD/DVD/video system and mini bar. Bathroom with green Moroccan marble columned bath, 2 dressing areas and a separate shower. Sliding doors lead from the bedroom to the garden courtyard with a gazebo, fountain, sofa and a dining area. For families and friends travelling together the courtyards doors can be opened to connect to the adjacent pavillion. 6 of the 32 pavillions are located around the central basin (irrigation pool) and another 8 pavillions have their own heated pool as well as extended private garden.

Further there are 6 two-storey maisons/houses mostly with views to the irrigation pool which have a living/dining area, wall fountain, small bathroom, guest bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor with a master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. Each maison has it own swimming pool and gazebo. 2 of the 6 maisons also have garden courtyards, feature a floor fountain and come with a butler service. The Al-Hamra Suite has the largest accommodation area with indoor dining and sitting area, its own private butler service, two bedrooms linked by an open passageway to the shared garden where there are two gazebos for dining and lounging and a private heated pool.

RESTAURANTS & BARS  Amanjena has 2 restaurants, one specialising in Moroccan and international cuisine open for dinner and one offering Thai cuisine open for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is served both in the Thai restaurant as well as on the Pool Terrace, which also serves a selection of Moroccan and international dishes for lunch. Guests can also enjoy private dining in their Pavillion or Maison. There is a bar decorated with old Berber daggers and Arab swords.
